Dear students,

Please find attached with this email the list of projects and supervisors. Please check the supervisors and projects announced from your branch. You need to remember the following things;

1. The list shows the available instructors. If you don't find an instructor in this list but want to work under his/her supervision, you can still go and check the availability of that instructor. In case, that instructor is willing to supervise your project, make sure he/she submits a filled project form with project and project member details.

2. If you have your own project idea, you can also discuss that idea with instructor of your choice. If the instructor agrees to supervise your group for that project, make sure that he/she conveys us that information on defined form by deadline.

3. Due to scarcity of available instructors, ideal size of group for your branch is 4 students. Please make sure not go below or above this limit.

Deadline for instructors to send us groups under their supervision is Sunday, 16th October 2016. Make sure to discuss and agree with your desired supervisor before end of current week. In case of any problem, please send an email to both me and Dr. Habib within this week. Accordingly I would strongly suggest you complete the process of supervisorselection during current week.
